INGREDIENTS:
SAMOSAS: onion, carrots, green peas, chickpeas, cashews, shreded coconut, ginger, garlic, turmeric, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, cardamon, coriander, cinnamon, chili powder, olive oil and salt.
MINT CHUTNEY: mint, olive oil, dates, lime juice, cayene pepper, salt.
SALAD: courgettes, green beans, watercress, green pepper, celery, yougurt, olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.
