ZUMO DE ZANAHORIA, JENGIBRE Y CÍTRICOS

Después de una pequeña larga espera, por fin encuentro un momento durante mi retiro de verano para compartir la receta de este zumo que ha sido mi salvación durante los últimos meses...porque es muy refrescante y está lleno de vitaminas pero también porque es súper digestivo y me ha ayudado a neutralizar las náuseas durante el primer trimestre de mi segundo embarazo :D

Así que, ya sea porque estás pasando calor, porque vas a estar un rato al sol o porque tu estómago te lo pide, dale a la licuadora y prepara esta delicia!

INGREDIENTES:

[Receta para 2 vasos medianos]

- 4-5 zanahorias

- 1 pomelo

- 1 naranja

- 1/2 limón

- 1 cm de raíz de jengibre (o más si te gusta su sabor picante)

Lava todos los ingredientes, corta los bordes de las zanahorias, pela los cítricos sin quitar la corteza del todo (si éstos son bio ahí es donde se concentran muchas de sus propiedades que no nos queremos perder!). Corta todo en trozos que se ajusten a la medida de tu licuadora. Pásalos por la máquina y bébelo inmediatamente con un hielo o dos si te parece conveniente. Recuerda masticar tus líquidos y beber tus sólidos 'D, es decir, disfruta cada sorbo, sabórealo bien para que los beneficios sean máximos! xxx
